MR. D HOUSE

About This Project

Set within the serene landscape of Bukit Golf, this residence is designed as a seamless dialogue between architecture and nature. Positioned on a generous land area of 2000 m² with a building area of 4200 m², the project reflects a thoughtful balance between scale, proportion, and livability crafted for those who value both privacy and presence.

The architectural language is defined by clean horizontal lines, strong geometric volumes, and a carefully curated material palette. Natural stone, warm wood elements, and expansive glass surfaces are composed to create a timeless yet contemporary expression. The façade is intentionally layered, offering depth, shade, and a sense of quiet sophistication.

Large overhangs and vertical shading elements are designed not only as aesthetic features, but also as functional responses to the tropical climate. These elements help control sunlight, reduce heat gain, and create comfortable transitional spaces throughout the residence.

Inside, the design emphasizes openness and fluidity. Floor-to-ceiling glass panels connect interior spaces with the surrounding greenery, allowing natural light to become a defining element of the home. Each space is designed to feel expansive yet intimate, balancing grandeur with comfort.

The elevated positioning of the residence enhances privacy while offering uninterrupted views of the lush Bukit Golf environment. Landscape integration plays a key role, softening architectural edges and reinforcing the connection between built form and nature.

This project is not just about building a home, it is about shaping an environment that supports a refined way of living. Every detail is considered, every proportion intentional, creating a residence that feels both grounded and elevated.
