Our Services

This is what our architecture studio can do for you

Interior Design

Interiors are the soul of a building. They bring an architectural project to life, provide comfort, richness, sophistication, elegance, and a timeless quality.

The selection of materials, as well as excellent craftsmanship and details - and a deep sense of history and context – is important, and is where we spend our time. These elements are what bring character to our interiors and allow us to elevate the design of the projects we work on.

Residential Design

Creating the spaces that people live in, raise their families in, and grow old in, is a tremendous responsibility. Housing is also the essential building block of a neighborhood, and therefore a key ingredient for a successful, living, urban environment.

We're at the forefront of urban senior living, and understand how to optimize a senior housing program for high-rise construction. We’re able to leverage our hospitality experience to senior communities through careful programming and planning as well as design of interior amenity spaces.

Adaptive Reuse and Renovation

The adaptive reuse and rehabilitation of well-designed, well-built structures can offer significant sustainability and financial benefits. This work also allows us to show respect for the continuity of history in the environments in which we work, as well as for those that shaped those environments.

These projects, whether they are conversions of historic city infrastructure, or breathing new life into outdated multifamily buildings, pose unique design challenges - and present unique design solutions - that we embrace as a test to our skill and craftsmanship.

Office & Workplace Design

The nature of work, and therefore the nature of the workplace is changing. Today people want spaces that are less hierarchical, more collaborative, and able to accommodate a wide variety of workstyles and activities. The new workplace is evolving to accommodate these new paradigms.

Mixed-Use Design

A carefully crafted mixed-use building adds up to more than the sum of its parts, creating value for its owners, its users, and the community in which it is located. These buildings contain a variety of building functions that support each other as well as themselves. The users and visitors, those coming for a short time or extended periods, each may use more than one function in the complex, further enhancing the economic value of each component.

Understanding the dynamics of how these buildings work is the key to their success.

Hospitality Design

Hotels should function as a gateway to the city, offering visitors and guests an introduction to the best that an urban environment has to offer. They can also function as the city's "living room," a meeting place for a meal, a drink, a meeting, or a celebration.
